Maria
Aparecida Dos Santos is the founder of Mas Brazilian Services. She grew
up in São José das Tronqueiras, a small town in the hills of Minas Gerais, Brasil. Charlotte
reminded her of home —

established Mas Brazilian Services
in June 2020 and has built her life here. Mas is an abbreviation of her full name — Maria

Regular cleaning typically includes vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying

That's why we communicate our affordable home cleaning prices before we start. We
provide a free quote of the total time to clean based on the
square footage of your home and do so to schedule our cleaning technicians and equipment
accordingly. We provide cleaning equipment and supplies for your convenience. All
coupons and discounts are applied to our full price and may not be doubled. We are
business-to-business friendly and can invoice your small business directly.
Estimates
The estimate you receive from us is our best-faith starting point based on what you’ve
shared — your square footage, service type, and home details. It’s not a
locked-in contract, and final pricing may shift slightly once we see your space in person.
Things like actual site conditions, scope changes, or access arrangements can affect the
final number, and we’ll always communicate any difference before we begin.
Estimates are good for 14 days. We review all estimate requests personally and will
follow up with you by email or phone.
When you submit a request through our Instant Estimate Builder, our system generates
a quote electronically based on the information you provide. All quotes are reviewed
by our team and may be adjusted after verification. Accepted quotes are converted
into invoices delivered to you by email. You may pay online through the secure

Secure delicate family heirlooms from the areas to be cleaned.
Please clear floors and surfaces of laundry, clothing, and clutter before our arrival — open spaces allow us to clean every corner without interruption.
Prefer to skip that step? Our Fold Laundry service picks up your dryer load, folds each item, and places it neatly on the freshly made master bed — ask about it when booking or select it in our Instant Estimate Builder’s additional services.
Unload the dishwasher. This way we can easily load the dishwasher with any dirty
dishes we come across during the cleaning process.
We are pet-friendly and advise owners that pets should be able to freely exit the
areas we are cleaning.
For offices, please follow guidelines that may affect confidential information.
Paint overspray that leaves a haze on windows can be removed by the painter using
paint thinner.

We highly recommend incorporating daily cleaning tasks into your routine. Additionally,
it's essential to replace return air duct filters at the intervals recommended by the
manufacturer. You can also schedule regular cleaning
services with us at recommended two week intervals to handle the more intensive
cleaning tasks. By participating in our overall cleaning plan, you can help us maintain
fair and affordable house cleaning prices.
Please be aware that specific issues may be irreversible, such as micro-biologically
induced or galvanic corrosion on sinks or faucets and black mold in bathrooms and the
kitchen. General cleaning does not remedy these specific problems. Please let us know if
you treat for pests like cockroaches and mice. It's essential to have a clean
environment, but until the pests are completely removed, there may be a need for
multiple cleaning services at an additional cost. Special arrangements may be made for
add-on services like urine spot treatment to reduce odor. This type of service may
require multiple treatments at additional cost depending on the severity of penetration
and size of the spot.
Our services are limited to the interior of your home or office; we do not clean or
pressure wash the exterior windows or building. Chandeliers are not included in our
service offerings.
How to pay
Payment is due at the time of your service appointment. We quote affordable home cleaning
prices, which will be converted into an invoice and sent to you by email or text. For
recurring plans, your payment method on file will be charged automatically. You
may make your payment through any one of the following methods:

Assigned technicians and schedule
Technicians are assigned a daily route and are held accountable for results. The scope of
work is agreed upon 24 hours before the service date between the customer and Mas
Brazilian Service, LLC, as executed by its authorized agent. Changes to the extent of
service must be settled no later than 24 hours before service. We will dispatch the same
technician to perform the agreed services when possible.
Arrival time
Our appointments are scheduled with an arrival time frame, not an exact time. The arrival
time may be affected by unexpected cleaning situations at the customer before your
appointment. Unusual traffic, road work, weather, or conditions beyond our control may
also affect our cleaning technicians' arrival time. Please allow up to one hour before
and after your scheduled cleaning time for unplanned changes.
Access
Technicians work inside your home or office as expected. You do not need to be there.
However, it is essential to arrange access to all areas beforehand. We provide fair and
affordable home cleaning prices. We will reschedule service when access arrangements
have not been verified 24 hours before the appointment. When we arrive on-site and the
access arrangements have not been kept, we will assess a non-refundable $50 fee.
Appointment cancellation and rescheduling
At Mas Brazilian Services®, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise,
making it necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We strive to accommodate our
client's needs while maintaining fair and affordable home cleaning prices and efficient
scheduling. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our appointment
cancellation and rescheduling terms of service outlined below:
Unforeseen Situations: Some instances beyond our control may
require us to cancel or reschedule appointments. We assure you that we will make
every effort to minimize such occurrences.
Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the
scheduled service date. This advanced notice lets us adjust our schedule and
effectively accommodate other clients.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: We appreciate your prompt
notification if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, please get in
touch with our customer service team at (704)

Late Cancellation Fee: Scheduled services not canceled or
rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointed service date will result in a
non-refundable fee of $50. This fee helps offset our costs for the allocated time
and resources reserved for your appointment.
Coupon and Discount Privileges: Furthermore, please note that
non-compliance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy may result in the
revocation of privileges associated with our coupon and discount programs. We value
our clients' loyalty and strive to provide a rewarding experience for all.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our appointment
cancellation and rescheduling terms of service. By doing so, you enable us to offer our
services reasonably and efficiently to our valued clients. If you have any questions or
concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service

Recurring service plans
If you enroll in a recurring cleaning plan (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly), a
one-time setup fee applies at enrollment. This fee is non-refundable under any
circumstances, including cancellation. You may cancel your recurring plan at any time
with at least 10 days’ written notice to cs@masbrazilianservices.com.
No additional cancellation fee applies. Scheduled subscription payments will continue
using your payment method on file until cancellation takes effect.
Physical limits
Technicians may lift or move objects no more than 20 pounds at their discretion.
Objects over 20 pounds may not be moved or lifted, and we will try to clean around
them instead.
Technicians may use a portable 2-step ladder to clean extended height kitchen
cabinets and some light fixtures. Chandelier cleaning is not included.
Technicians may use cleaning extension poles while standing on the floor.
Technicians place bagged household trash into your assigned garbage collection
receptacles or rollout carts. Your trash is your responsibility. Your new trash bags
are used to replace bags taken out.
Our services are for the interior of the home or office; no exterior window or
structure cleaning or pressure washing will be performed.
Photos
Mas Brazilian Services, LLC authorized agents will take interior photos of your office
space or home before and after service. The images are used to self-evaluate our service
and for our service record. At times, we may post cleaning photos on our website or use
them in our marketing or promotional material. If you prefer that photos of your
space not be used for marketing, please email cs@masbrazilianservices.com
before your appointment.
Non-solicitation agreement
We invest heavily in training our cleaning technicians. By using our services, you agree
not to independently hire any of our current or former technicians for a period of 12
months.

cleaning experience. We don’t sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. Your
cleaning service and what you pay for it are between you and us — period.
Your Estimate Is Private
Your quote is personal to you. We don’t publish pricing, share what any customer
pays, or discuss one customer’s estimate with another. What you pay for your home
or office to be cleaned is your business — and we take that seriously. All quotes
go directly to your inbox and to our team, and that’s the end of the line.
Verification Code Emails
When you submit an estimate request, you’ll receive a short email from us containing
a 6-digit verification code. This is just our way of confirming you are who you say you
are — a small step that keeps your request secure and helps us make sure estimates
land in the right hands. The code expires in 15 minutes and isn’t stored anywhere
after that. If you didn’t request an estimate, you can safely ignore it.
